DEFENDING CHAMPIONS Real Dimension are back atop the Trinidad and Tobago Women’s League Football (WOLF) Premier League after avenging a first-round loss to Malick City, the season’s front runner.

Unbeaten in their first six matches, Malick City suffered a third loss in four matches when going down 4-0 to Real Dimension on Saturday at Maracas Recreation Ground.

Malick City had opened the season with a 3-1 win over the champs. Also on  Saturday, newcomers St Ann’s Rangers won for the first time this season when they upset St Augustine SC 2-0.

Rangers  moved off the bottom of the table on goal-difference ahead of the faltering Step By Step team.

Real Dimension now lead the standings with 21 points from nine matches and are closely followed by Malick City (19 points), the National Under-17 team (19 points) and Trincity National who had 17 points before their Saturday match against Defence Force.
