Tobago outfit 1976 FC Phoenix swept to the top of the standings in the bmobile National Super League when they got a last minute goal from Dominique Kerr to edge Harlem Strikers 1-0 yesterday.
And Alcoa Carenage United whipped previous leaders Joe Public 2-1 to move into a tie at the top with Phoenix both on 16 points each.

Jamal Lewis gave the Eastern Lions the lead after 34 minutes, but Ricardo Peltier grabbed a 75th minute equaliser before Curtis Noel got a 90th minute winner.

Defence Force got only their second victory of the campaign when they shut out M and M Harvard 4-0 on goals by Sterling O’Brien in the 23rd minute, Kevin Pierre 75th, Akiel Pierre 78th and Kwesi Davis 90th.

And Economy Strikers edged St Francois Nationals 3-2 with Kerin Vincent scoring in the 31st, Irvin Reyes 45th and Kelvin Smith 64th. Marlon Bowen 25th and Jesse Alexis 65th netted for Nationals. The games between Crab Connection and the National Under-20s and WASA and Club Sando were postponed.
