After taking the first-leg 2:0 on 9 November, Trinidad & Tobago completed the sweep of the series with a 4:2 victory over Suriname in the second-leg at the Andres Kamperveen Stadium in Paramaribo on 12 November.
Maylee Johnson got Trinidad & Tobago on the board first with a goal in the opening nine minutes of the match, but Denia Uliet leved the score 1:1 for Suriname with a tally in the 18th minute-mark.
Natalie Des Vignes scored twice in a span of four minutes (34th, 38th) to increase Trinidad & Tobagos lead to 3:1, but Uliet got her second score for Suriname with four minute remaining before halftime to cut the deficit to 3:2. Johnson would score her second goal of the game for Trinidad & Tobago in the 74th minute of the second half in the 4:2 final.
Trinidad & Tobago joins Haiti and the USA in Group B at the Final Round of the CONCACAF Womens Olympic Qualification in San José, Costa Rica from 25 February 7 March 2004. Canada and Costa Rica are in Group A in the Final Round that will qualify two CONCACAF teams to the Summer Games in Athens, Greece.
