Members of the Men's National Beach Soccer team welcome the T&T Women's Team back to the team hotel after they suffered a 5-2 loss to hosts El Salvador in the Women's category of the ANOC World Beach Games Qualifiers in San Salvador.
The men secured a 3-2 victory over former World Cup hosts Bahamas and booked their place in the semi finals of the ANOC World Beach Games Qualifiers in San Salvador on Thursday night.
The men’s tournament consists of a knockout competition, where the two finalists will qualify for the ANOC World Beach Games 2023, while the women’s competition will be played in a league format where the top two teams will earn a place in Bali.
T&T, coached by Chad Appoo, got goals from Jabari Gray, Hakeem King and Anderson Peters. T&T men are one win away from qualifying for the World Beach Games in Bali.
