WASA FC and Joe Public, the top two teams in the Blink/Bmobile National Super League, will face off in a crucial Match Day 14 meeting today at the Marvin Lee Stadium, Macoya.

WASA hold a narrow one-point lead over the 2011 champs Joe Public and, with the title race heating up, this game can prove to be an important one in determining the outcome of the league kings.

Westside Superstarzs FC are also with a chance of narrowing the gap between themselves and the top two, but they must get the better of fifth-placed Siparia Spurs, at the Palo Seco Velodrome, in order to do so.

Fourth-placed 1976 FC Phoenix were originally carded to meet Defence Force at the Youth Camp in Chaguaramas, but the venue was switched by the organisers to Canaan, Bon Accord.

In another contest in the sister isle, Stokely Vale FC will entertain FC Santa Rosa at the Plymouth Recreation Ground, while Eagles United will visit Club Sando at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium in Marabella and Biche United will host Real Maracas at the Biche Recreation Ground.

All of today’s games are due to begin at 4 pm, with the exception of the Siparia-Westside contest, which will kick off at 5 pm.
