THE SEMI-FINAL result, between Valtrin and Joe Public, in the Bmobile National Super League Knockout tournament, is now in doubt due to a protest lodged to the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation (TTFF).

And the TTFF Disciplinary Committee will meet today to adjudicate on a formal protest lodged by Joe Public on the ineligibility of one of Valtrin’s players in the semi-final, which took place at the Marvin Lee Stadium in Macoya last Sunday.

Valtrin won the game 1-0 and seemingly earned the right to face TTEC in the final, which was carded to take place this Sunday.

But, with the Disciplinary Meeting, the Super League noted on Wednesday that “we have been forced to postpone our Knockout Final to a date, venue and time in the not too distant future.”
