East End Boys did it to Just Do It in the Final

A big thank you to everyone who came out in support of our first Annual Warrior Nation (UK) Sweat & Lime. To those who stayed home, woke up late or got lost in the complex jungle that is Regent’s Park - hard luck, and make sure you come next year. It was a great lime - the quality of the football (and the gape) was exceptional, and the weather gods granted us sunshine all day long. Congratulations to the East End Boys on their hard fought victory over the fellahs in green, Just Do It. Special mention to Seleçao, who were narrowly edged out by Corbeaux Sweat for a place in the semi-final. Well done to all of the teams that entered - hope to see you again next year.

T&T vs Wales - superoli's Walkabout Lime
The end result was 2-1 to Wales, but that didn’t stop the representatives of the red/white/black assembled in the Walkabout at Finchley Road from having a good time. With Carib at the bar (courtesy of our very own Chris Birchall / Leo Beenhakker lookalike, superoli), and soca playing at half-time, the lime went on well past the final whistle.
Along with superoli, forumites JayTheMechanic, Socapro, behind-de-bridge, scarface, FLi, omarldinho, thane, sin and lp were all present and accounted for.
The UK media were also on hand - Helen Clegg of BBC 1Xtra and Franka Philip, also of the BBC, interviewed various Soca Warriors supporters about their impressions of the match.
Superoli - thanks for allowing the Warrior Nation to comes vibes at your lime.
