The Fredericksburg Hotspur of the Premier Development League (PDL) have agreed to a deal with former Trinidad and Tobago star Evans Wise.
Wise played in the 2006 World Cup and also spent time with Major League Soccer's Tampa Bay Mutiny and New England Revolution. He most recent played overseas with the Waldohf Mannheim in Germany.
Wise, 38, has 18 caps and three goals from his time with the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
