Queens today signed Marvin Andrews on a month's loan. The 6ft 2 in defender has previously played for Raith Rovers, Livingston, Rangers and latterly, Hamilton Accies.

He trained with Queens this morning and put pen to paper this afternoon so he'll be in the squad to face Morton at Cappielow on Saturday.

The 33-year-old devout Christian has been capped for his country. Trinidad and Tobago 103 times.

With both David Lilley and Stephen McKenna now facing suspension, the latest signing has come at a useful time.
