Tranmere Manager Les Parry has confirmed that Tony Warner will not be rejoining the Club in 2011-12.
Les told www.tranmererovers.co.uk: "We haven't been able to come to an agreement with Tony.
"We were very fortunate to be able to get a player of his ability for the time we did and he played his role in helping us finish where we did.
"We always knew he could attract deals from bigger and higher clubs than us so it was always a little bit pie in the sky that he might be staying with us, but we made him an offer in the hope that he would do.
"But the number of other offers he has got has made it impossible for us to compete.
"I wish him the best of luck wherever he goes.
"We're currently talking to three or four goalkeepers and hope to be able to make a decision in the near future."
