A first half hat-trick from Jason Scotland proved to be the cornerstone of a convincing win for Saints in Fraserburgh tonight. The Trinidad man bagged the opening three goals and Saints went on to win 7-0 with further goals from Steven Milne, Andy Jackson, Kevin James and wait for it - Jim Weir!

Speaking to the Saints Official Website from the team's Peterhead base after the game tonight, Manager Owen Coyle said "It was a good exercise and was another step in getting the fitness levels to where I want them. It's been a good day all round as we had a good training session in Perth this morning, travelled north and then got this good win tonight. It sets us up for Sunday and the match against Inverurie who I am sure will prove to be tougher opponents."
