Title: First class cricket: Only four bowlers took nine wickets in an innings.

At the regional level. Name all of them and name the first bowler to do it including the one with the best bowling figures?

Dereck Parry was the first, Combined Islands vs Jamaica 1980: 15/101 wit 9/76 in the second.

The others are:
Bernard Julien 9/97 (T&T vs Jamaica in 1982)
Rajendra Dhanraj 9/97 (T&T vs Leeward Islands in 1996). Also took 7/70 in the second innings, giving match figures of 16/167.
Ryan Hinds 9/68 (Barbados vs Leeward Islands in 2011)
