Same Khaki pants..not a negative comment...why take it as a negative? I said it before ..coaching in the English league is comparing apples to oranges when it comes to coaching a National team.

Based on what? Your dislike of the EPL?

It would be even more difficult coaching Trinidad for many reasons. I'll name a few..lack of resources, player limitation, limited time to build a strong cohesive unit, leadership experience by the coach.

This coach is an assistant who is an active participant in another man's philosophy..does he fully understand Martinez's methods? I don't understand Martinez's methods..I never liked him, I always thought he was overrated and his relegation into the Championship Division is long overdue.
So there is the nature of the problem. Guess what? your opinion doesn't matter because as long as Lawrence is learning and gaining experience he is becoming a better coach.

That methodology would not work with any National set up.

Who knows what is Dennis Lawrence's philosophy?

Moyes is a decent manager and it makes sense to appoint him as he was hand picked by Fergie. I would have liked Martinez to have been given a chance but maybe he eh British enough and maybe hopefully he could get Everton as his style of coaching/play is an exciting one. Jose would have been my ideal choice as a big club needs a big name coach to draw the best players but he would have told the glazers to HDMC everytime they question him.

Totally agree....no one can deny what he has accomplished in English football, but if yuh arkske me, he is a bit overrated and classless himself. So all the people cryin' about people having no "class" dem could keep sittin' on fergie lap suckin dey thumb.

yuh sounin as if you does like play jam totee when yuh baydin..

On another note though I've only heard of one school, and this story comes from a player who is now a coach,
and she said that after a game and this was when she was a player, she and several of her teammates went to shower..
well the other team came in when they were in there and several girls on the other team were walking around naked and making out while they were in there and as she said she didn't even finish her shower she just left.

So why should sport be any different? If you can coexist with gay people in everyday life why can't you do so when it comes to sport? If an athlete is an athlete then they're an athlete nothing else should really matter.
Is not gay people who frighten me rather it is those people who are spewing chapter and verse from their Bible and Quran that are more dangerous.

T&T need to employ the 4-3-3 or 4-3-1-2 formation and scrap this one striker thing eliminated the center midfield.

Our players are to quick to try and score when they should build their attack more constructively and then go in.

The team is not coached to their best, trust me.

But I am not hating or wishing bad, our flaws will show against better teams and I am not talking about playing against Italy or Brazil, right in Concacaf, it will show.

The local coaches have one style and thank God these youths are a little more talented and have more heart that de previous or else was salt for we.

We play kick and run down football.

You cannot have defenders kicking ball to a forward and he up there alone.

so if we're are playing direct ..what makes you think that changing the formation will solve that problem..

Huge difference coaching kids vs coaching managing big men.. If he can take the team to the cup then he should be given the U20 as well..and if he continues good work, then u23 and an assistant role with the seniors..and so on and so on.. you cant just jump in the hot seat just so.. thats the mistake we make alot, especially with Latapy

My issue is that if a minister's son is involved and the FBI has to interview the Minister are they interviewing the Minister because he or she is involved in money laundering? Are they interviewing the Minister as a favor to the gov't of T&T?
