That will be very hard but with this new coach, German football philosophy, I remain optimistic.

2010 World Cup - South Africa / Re: Muller - Golden Boot winner?
« on: July 13, 2010, 02:23:27 PM »
There is no excuse for Latapy not even calling up Birchall on one occasion, Birchal should be starting especially considering the midfield we had.  If it is that the style Latapy wants does not jive with Birchall, still use him as a defensive mid, like Ballack on Chelsea, you cannot leave a hard working hustler like that off.  Without Birchal scoring them bullet, we wouldah never make Germany.  Latapy is meh hero but he really phu*uing up where Birchal is concerned.  Sad to say, this Birchal issue, the unwillingness to recognize that Theobald not cutting it and a refusal to give Sancho a chance ( but Sancho could be a Warner issue), no warm up games, combined with what seemed like laid back practice sessions, as if man going and play a small goal match is my main reason for questioning his integrity as coach, he does not seem to have an open mind to the players and football in general as a coach.

2010 World Cup - South Africa / Muller - Golden Boot winner?
« on: July 11, 2010, 06:00:18 PM »
Big up 20 yr old Muller winning the golden boot for Germany based on 3 assists and 5 goals.

Germany should really win the overall trophy for decency, professionalism, fair play, respect for the game, as they did in previous world cups, not much diving, not too much complaining to refrees (it's obvious the german federation is under serious manners as to this day, they still have to atone to the evils of Hitler), I admire their professionalism though, no sour grapes at the loss to Spain, nobody spitting at cameras, nobody b!tchin, faking etc, I am a GERMAN fan all the way, that is I!  So the German haters still dissin on Germany for the sins of the past, remember forgiveness for sins 50+ years old.  Germany starting black players, third world cup with some color... to this date, is not like some of these Spanish/Italian teams that to dis day still doh have a black player (which is as atrocious as Latapy not starting Chris Birchall), sorry, all de racism in Spain, Italy, is time they diversify dem teams as we know they have black people living there...  Start the jokes fellas, I know this website go defend every colonialist but the press have yuh brainwash against the Germans but as of today the Germans have played more world cup games than anybody else and yesterday started 3 black players... big up the GERMANS!

2010 World Cup - South Africa / If Drogba did not break his arm
« on: July 11, 2010, 04:00:48 PM »
He wouldah show the world why he deserved the golden boot in Hengland and why the Colonizers still control this game and why he is still underated and better than the likes of Ronaldo, Messi, Rooney, Kaka, and the rest of the dissapointments of the cup, neither of which scored a goal or impressed, that he is the #1 stiker in the world today, even at 32.  Big up Drogba but I know the crabs in the barrel, fight down, the people on this board who controlled by the man (Palos?) will say Drogba cyar compare to Ronaldo, Messi, Rooney or Kaka, and so we as a people will continue to shoot ourselves in the foot and reach nowhere when we cannot realize the predicament we are in.  Forget Pele, another Pele will not occur in this day and age of oppression in football, even meh boy Drogba realize he had to straighten he hair... to be continued

True tork...

The dutch coach never had ah back up plan. his strategy was roben roben and more roben. roben himself never utilize kuit and van pursie since he always drew the tripple ream.  the ref was also ah hinderance.

sorry tuh see such ah softy team winnin the cup, them boys does play the game like girls. finally the divers won ah cup. hard luck dey neatherland.

2010 World Cup - South Africa / Re: Was this the most boring WC ever?
« on: July 11, 2010, 03:45:41 PM »
Palos is ah white boy or he feel he white, doh study he...

WHat exactly was it about Ghana's play that made them a bright spark in this tournament?

1. Youngest team ever at a WC
2. Very organised and discliplined defending (unlike most African teams). Jonathan Mensah is only 19
3. Anthony Annan (the new Makalele)
4. Gyan and Muntari goals against USA and Uruguay
5. Beating USA

So because dey was young, organised and disciplined (FOR AN AFRICN TEAM), had a decent defensive mid....not anywhere close to being THE MOST OUTSTANDING DEFENSIVE MID.....dem was a bright spark in de tournament?

Gyan and Muntari goals?

So wha bout Tevez and Higuain goals?

Wha bout Fabiano and Roinho goals?

Wha bout Sjneider and Robben goals?

Wha bout Honda and Endo goals?

Beatin USA is a benchmark for being a spark in a world cup tournament now?

Allyuh like to talk dotishness yes.

Bess yuh jes come out and say dey is a black team and daz de ONLY reason why yuh sayin so.

At least yuh would be honest den.

Bun Spain! Everyone knows their fans are the most racist towards black players. Aint some of you sick of cheering for the colonizer teams? I am glad this world cup is over.

yuh record stick..nearly all "white" countries "colonize" black countries.

I know. It seems like this thing called the "world cup" makes the colonizer look like good guys. Hopefully a different story in 2014.

15
Elan, breds, doh study these Trinis on socawarriors, if Germany had that one goal, they wouldah be singing a different chune, they want to call everybody waggonist, Latapy is de best when he coach in Tobago against Costa Rica, then he is ah shithound the next day... the so called "experts" on this forum know nothing about football, yesterday, Germany was winning the world cup, today Spain winning the world cup.

Part of the problem today as you correctly pointed out was the subbing of Boateng, also, don't remember his name but he did not impress me when he was subbed in prior games, #15, but today #15 should have stayed on the field, if Cacau was not injured, I thought he should have been given a run, or start in place Mueller.

My only beef with Germany is they gave Spain too much respect, it was OK to give Spain room to knock the ball around, it was not like they had that many penetrating balls, like when Spain played Portugal, that was total control, Puyol came in with a great header today that won the match.  Not dissin Spain, they did a good job, overall the better team I must admit but it was not as one sided as the so called "experts" on this website seem to believe.  It is these same "experts" on this website that keeping back TnT football, right up their with Warner and the TTFF, same backward thinking immediate gratification mentality, only want to criticize and shout man down, once yuh not in they "crew", yuh torkin "shyte", that is crabs in the barrel mentality, it too prevalent here.

Spain is just that good... they make this Germany team look like nothing...

I am impressed...

Xavi and Iniesta is just two legends in they prime!

Spain was not impressive. They had the ball where they always have the ball. What was so impressive? How many penetraing passes did they make? How many balls in the final seam? They had the ball in the spaces that Germany gave them. How many crosses that was effective? Boateng let Ramos cross and nothing, did not even pick someone out. The problem started when Jansen came on for Boateng. He had Ramos under manners even though Pedro drifted out there.

Spain did nothing more, than score the goal. Too much respect from Germany for Spain.

So in other words Brazil shouldah win but Dunga mess them up?  Typical Brazillian fan....

Congrats, in particular, to BrownSugar because she drinkin' she oranje juice from day one.  Take some vodka in yuh glass, Gyul!  :beermug:......and congrats to the netherlands and their fans.

In sports as in life yuh hadda take de good wit de bad but today is a rel bad day to be a supporter of Brazil and Africa in the world of football.  While the officiating was poor and arjen robben, van bommel and ooijer was getting away with murder with their respective theatrics and persistent foul play, Brazil did themselves in by giving in to their emotions and believing they can beat europeans at the only game europeans can beat Brazil at on a football field and that is theatrics and semantics.  The Germany '06 game between holland and portugal as well as robben's history of semantics should have had Dunga and Brazil better prepared, mentally, and better prepared, strategically, to win this game by doing what they do best and that is beating all other nations at just playing football.   The first half showed how easy it would have been but Brazil didn't stick to what was working best for them.  A whole lot of praise has to be showered upon maartin stekelenburg, as well.  There's a reason why he is keeping Kenneth Vermeer on the bench at Ajax and he showed it today.  Them two brilliant saves on those shots by Kaka and Maicon were fine examples of agility, reflexes and positioning and they kept his team from being 3-0 down at the half.

For the people that want to be overly hard on Michel Bastos have to remember, Dunga insist on playing the man out of position.  He is NOT a left back and most of those fouls called against him on robben was more him being a victim of robben's theatrics than anything.  Back to taking the good with the bad....under Dunga, Brazil has been relatively succesful.  They won Copa America, Confederations Cup and topped CONMEBOL in qualifying.  They lost out in the ever-elusive Olympics.  Unfortunately, they lost today in the most important tournament in the world and dunga insisted on doing it his way.  Well....."his way" have them writing "vuvuzelas" on the "anything to declare" section on their customs forms while that tournament is still going on.  I don't care what anybody says, Ronaldinho would have made a difference with this team over the course of the tournament and I think it would have made a difference today.  Good night, all.

Why yuh think in parts of Europe, Spain, Italy, a black player touches the ball and the audience in 2010 still starts a monkey chant?

Why yuh think nobody talks about Drogba, in fact the press with FIFA's blessings continue to scorn Drogba, saying he have too much attitude etc, when he has none compared to the other worshiped players, even with a broken arm, Golden Boot player, one of the best I have seen but they prefer to talk about Rooney, Kaka, Ronaldo and Messi for this world cup, of whom none has scored a goal?

18
1) Look at how they allow referees to favor big money players and nations...  All dem big players and nations  faking and destroying the game...

2) Look at how resistent they are to instant replay?

3) If they had instant replay, they will lose control of the outcome of games, unable to bribe, unable to allow a Haiti v TnT travesty in 1973 (even though the technology was not there, it is clear FIFA needs control).

4)  I am not a fan of instant replay for football but after this World Cup, I will give in to it once a decision is made within 60 secs.

But in the end they have a black puppet to protect themselves.  Ah fella who cyar even string a proper sentence together, who cyar give a speech, that is why Jack Warner is VP of FIFA, he is a puppet, they can control him, they can use him to say they are diverse.  Although Clarence has some intelligence, but still an A$$, Warner is the Clarence Thomas or Michele Steele of the Republican party in the US.

With all that, I am still backing Germany 100%

The benching of Chris Birchall is the first time I have ever questioned the brilliance of Latapy.  With the lack of condition in the squad, Latas should not have benched Birchall, as hard as this is to say, maybe he really is not as good a coach as a player.

Padnah, doh worry about dem Trinis in North America who only know about Miami, New York and Toronto...  California is the closest thing to TnT from the mountains to the sunshine to the vibe of de people...

If you go to priceline.com and check biddingfortravel.com first and place a bid near LAX, you will find some great rates for your one week stay.

If yuh feeling for a roti or callalou, check out Carol at the Caribbean Tree House near LAX on Centinella Blvd, excellent food.

So you prefer a white man from Europe to a white European living in TnT, padnah, yuh need help, and BTW, phu*ue Beenhakker, he keep Latas on de bench with 20 mins to go when we were down 1-0 to Hengland in de WC, I guess his thought was no way we could beat or tie the mighty White Man country of England, why would you want that joker as coach again?  He couldn't survive two years as coach in Poland.

Latas take too long to bench Jones and start Baptiste, and get the defense settled, dat doh wuk in CONCACAF, I would not mind seeng Fenwick given a chance....
Yuh mad!! i want ah WHITE MAN FROM EUROPE AS COACH, ONE WHO DOH KNOW WHERE tnt IZ!
I have ah strong suspicion that MR FENWICK would pick mostly jabloteh players! and i cyar deal wid dat for another 4 yrs, we need an unattached coach who don't know our players, just like beenhakker!! and no local assistant coach either!

It's obvious there is no chemistry between Jones and Baptiste.  Jones needs to be benched for Baptiste to shine.

Latas take too long to bench Jones and start Baptiste
He benched Jones to start Jorsling who did nothing. Baptiste started the last game too.

This game shows that Baptiste should have been starting from day one.  Sorry, but I go be dred now, horse man Kenwyn Jones cannot play CONCACAF quals, he too big, too slow and does fall down too easy.
