Jazz, lose, no matter what happens tonight against Houston we lock up de 8th seed.  If DH wants to be considered a franchise player he should really try and step up against the thunder.  You can smile off the court, on the court you need to be a beast, step up Dwight!

Edit: we beat Houston into 7th place, bring on SA

I like de yute, felt for him w/the 2nd goal on Sat, these things happen, only real mistake in a game where the score could have easily been 7 or 8 quite frankly.  But that 2nd goal also was the dagger, these are good life lessons, pick up and move on.  I enjoyed watching these guys last 2 games, hope they keep up and press on; pave ways for their futures

he'll be back next season, now whether or not that makes sense is up to debate.  But rest assured he'll be back, barring some life changing/mirage appearing experience and no, this injury does not really qualify as life changing (for this guy)

I was in Grenada for the Easter weekend. Carifta was on tv every afternoon. D list of countries where it was shown on tv was announced nightly and not once TNT was mentioned because we do not take Track and Field seriously. In 2008 when Bolt won his medals next year they could not stop run heats at Champs. Everybody wanted to be the next Bolt. In TNT we not into sports and we will never be into Sports. Everywhere I turn from when I land welcome to Kirani country. To get from the aieport I had to drive on Kirani James Bldv. He on the phonebook, LIME is the sponsor as Bmobile is Keshorn but the difference is night and day.

Is true, we business community into it when it is to there benefit and it's such a shame b/c the large enterprises have ensured the financial safety of their families several generations over.  So it would be useful to enforce such level of give back and police it somehow, but it should also be cultural.  Our love for nation seems so fleeting at times, only when it is "the in thing", WC 2006, Ato, Lara, Dwight and Man U etc.

Business community aside, lower middle and lower income youths should see this as a natural avenue for liberation from the ghetto -- alternative to academic and other options.  But they need some level of support, if only from dedicated parents but then if the infrastructure isn't there how does it happen?  We've long been a happy go lucky people, tremendous wealth on a regional level combined with the origins of "laissez faire" is a wicked combination
