Maraval slams St Clair in Super League.
T&T Guardian Newspapers.

Hayden Tinto, a member of the national Under-20 football team was among the goals as Maraval Youth Academy defeated St Clair Coaching School in the T&T Football Federation National Super League play-offs, yesterday.
Dustin Felician started the goal-fest for Maraval with a 13th go-ahead goal at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Training Field, Bacolet, Tobago while Tinto made it 2-0 in the 35th minute.
Four minutes after the re-start Clinton Corbin extended Maraval’s advantage to 3-0 before Seon Jack (54th) and Kevin Quintero (75th) added one each to seal the three points.
With the win Maraval, 1-0 winners over Falcon Crest in the first round moved to maximum six points in the six-team table, three ahead of second place Rotiv Couva Players.
In yesterday’s late matches, Couva Players came up against Falcon Crest at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva, while Media Net East San Juan United was expected to face Club Sando at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium, Marabella.
At the completion of the six-team, round-robin series, the top three teams will be promoted to this year’s 12-team T&TFF National Super League.
The other teams will be defending champion Joe Public, L-Sporto Crab Connection, Superstar Rangers, Police, Bi-Water Stokely Vale, Angostura 1976 Phoenix, WASA Clean & White, PLIPDECO Caroni and M&M Harvard. Moruga (Southern Football Association) and Carib (EFA), the bottom two clubs from the 2004 Super League, were demoted to their Zonal leagues.

Clarification please.....

At the completion of the six-team, round-robin series, the top three teams will be promoted to this year’s 12-team T&TFF National Super League.
The other teams will be defending champion Joe Public,
L-Sporto Crab Connection, Superstar Rangers, Police, Bi-Water Stokely Vale, Angostura 1976 Phoenix, WASA Clean & White, PLIPDECO Caroni and M&M Harvard. Moruga (Southern Football Association) and Carib (EFA), the bottom two clubs from the 2004 Super League, were demoted to their Zonal leagues.

Does Joe Public and Rangers have two teams competing in two different leagues? or is this a typo by the writer.

I thought they were just included in the PFl setup.

That's an old post Touches.... this was when Joe Public and Superstar Rangers were both competing in the Super League. They are now Pro League teams.
