Scarborough, Signal Hill win big.

Scarborough Secondary picked up their first victory of the 2006 BGTT Secondary Schools Football League when they demolished Tobago Zone opponents Mason Hall 8-2 at Shaw Park yesterday.
Scarborough were cruising with a 5-0 lead when the whistle blew to signal the interval. After the resumption, Mason Hall struck twice to cut their deficit to three goals, but three more from Scarborough made sure they won by six goals.
Signal Hill Senior Comprehensive also won big last evening, as they defeated Roxborough Composite 9-2 at Roxborough.
At the half, Signal Hill had struck just twice for a 2-0 lead, but found the net six times in the second period to lead the Tobago standings, on goal difference over Scarborough.
Action resumes today in Trinidad with matches in the East, North and South zones.
Defending East Zone champions San Juan Secondary Comprehensive will be looking to make it three-from-three when they take the field against Toco Composite at their Bourg Mulatresse base.
San Juan have managed victories against Malabar Composite (3-0) and Hillview College (2-1) and will now provide Toco with their first real test since re-entering the league for the 2006 season.
Toco, in their first outing, dispatched 2003 InterCol runners-up Arima Senior Comprehensive in Friday's East opener, but they should find San Juan a truer test of their abilities and a better indication of their worth. San Juan must win to keep pace with their main rivals St Augustine ahead of their impending clash.
St Augustine will be favoured in their meeting with Malabar Composite at the Larry Gomes Stadium in Malabar, while El Dorado will be desperate for their first win against Hillview College, who also are yet to pick up a point. Arima Senior Comprehensive are on a bye.
Down South, Presentation College tackle Moruga Composite in the first fixture of a double-header at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium in Marabella from 3.30 p.m. as they try to maintain their 100 per cent winning record after their return to the SSFL.
The other Manny Ramjohn match-up will pit St Benedict's College against Vessigny Government Secondary, while Fyzabad look to pick up points away to Princes Town. Naparima College are on a bye.
Mucurapo Senior Comprehensive will also be looking to regain their place at the top of the North Zone after their rest on Monday, when they meet St Mary's College at Fatima's Mucurapo Road ground.
St Anthony's will try to shake off Monday's loss to Malick Senior Comprehensive when they travel to Trinity College in Moka, and Malick visit pointless QRC in their bid for a second victory. All matches, except the Manny Ramjohn "double", kick off at 3.45 p.m.
The real measure of a man's character is what he would do if he knew he would never be found out.

math there don't add up...go into the half 2-0 up and score six times and suddenly yuh have nine goals? Reporting in trinidad really needs to improve!
