HELP with Microsoft Zen Needed!!

I need some help transferring some music from my computer to a zen...I thought it would be as simple as tranferring music from limewire or itunes to my ipod...but unfortunately is level headachce..anybody that have this procedure on lock please help a brother out.

Hard luck day ah was in Cuba for de better part of a week.  What type of zen yu have?
