Current League leaders Neal and Massy Caledonia AIA launched their ‘Ulitmate Football Experience Campaign’ on Wednesday at the Neal and Massy Automotive training centre in Morvant.
As part of the Morvant based team’s mission to become a premier football club in Trinidad and Tobago, Caledonia introduced packages that would be available for sale to their loyal fans.
The packages listed were the Platinum package which costs $500TT which includes a season pass, an official Caledonia AIA replica shirt customized with name, team t-shirt, access to the player’s lounge at Caledonia home matches, and a ticket for the end of season dinner and awards ceremony.
The Gold package includes a season pass and an official Caledonia replica t-shirt for the cost of $350TT, the Silver package consists of a season pass and a Caledonia t-shirt at the cost of $250TT and the Bronze package is a season pass for $200TT.
Head coach and one of the founders of Caledonia AIA Jamaal Sahabazz was on hand to make the announcement.
“Since our inception in 1979 Caledonia have excited the people of the Morvant, Lavantille and Caledonia communities but this year we are going to do it in a much more special way,” said Shabazz adding that his Club sees this venture as very important one with replica shirts to link with our supporters and also to bring a commercial aspect to football.
He also thanked the help of official team sponsor Neal and Massy for joining the club in taking things to another level.
General Manager of Neal and Massy Automotive Limited Derrick Farrier present at the unveiling said that his company was proud to be associated with the Pro League football club, “We at Neal and Massy are extremely proud of being associated with Caledonia AIA. We had a vision which entails getting involved in the community in which we live, which is here in Morvant.”
“We felt it very important to do something with our community which was meaningful and we started with a program called ‘Adopt a Player’ some years ago where we actually sponsored Densill Theobald who turned out to be one of the top players in the country.”
“We have continued with this program and I have solicited some of our Neal and Massy companies to also ‘Adopt a Player’, all this to generate the Neal and Massy Caledonia’s initiative and in recent times we have gone on to getting involved in the sponsorship of the team,” he said.
Caledonia AIA captain Sheldon Emmanuel applauded Neal and Massy for their continued support saying, “I want to applaud Neal and Massy for these packages put together by Caledonia AIA and I believe that they would go a long way for the Club,” said the St Lucian defender.
While Marvin Oliver newcomer in the Caledonia squad also commended Neal and Massy’s support saying, “I would like to say that Neal and Massy and Caledonia AIA make a perfect match. Thanks to Neal and Massy sport in the Morvant, Caledonia area will now breed success. With the situation we have going on in the country right now, the only bright spark we have going now is through sport and Neal and Massy have looked into this and made a huge investment in sport,” said the May ‘Midfielder of the Month’.

Neal and Massy Automotive Limited has announced the building a multi-purpose sporting complex in the Morvant area as they continue to support their community.
This announcement was made on Wednesday at their Morvant offices, while revealing some new initiatives in association with Pro League club Caledonia AIA of which they are the official team sponsor.
General Manager of Neal and Massy Automotive Limited Derrick Farrier made the announcement saying, “We have just purchased six acres of land east of our facility here in Morvant and within that six acres, we are donating a large portion which would allow us to build a multi purpose facility,” he said.
He also added, “This means that the Morvant, Caledonia area would have their own multi purpose facility where sports such as basketball, football, netball etc. would be played.”
Farrier also sees this beneficial to Caledonia AIA football club saying, “We are seeing this as an addition to the Caledonia AIA football team because we know in the off-season players need to keep fit. Having a facility like that would allow them to continue their training all year round,” he explained.
The Neal and Massy manager went on to make it clear that this was just an extension to what they have started a few years ago and what we hope to achieve for the football club and their community.
According to Farrier preparation for the facility is expected to begin within the next few weeks.
He also disclosed that through their continued support for the growth of the Morvant, Caledonia area, even the contractor who has been provided to prepare this facility is in fact from the Morvant, Caledonia area.
