So 7am, 9:30am and 2pm.

I wonder why the delay between the 2nd and 3rd games?
Isn't it better to have the games earlier since it will be chilly?

My concern is ESPn not showing matches live so they can show usa sports.

My concern is ESPn not showing matches live so they can show usa sports.

2 pm eastern is 8.00 in SA and 9.30 is 3.30. Not much different to the gap we have over here between events (4.00 pm – 8.00 pm).

Also those are close to the times that the TV markets accustomed to with Eurpoean football.

To be fair to ESPN they did not do that for the last WC (which had similar times) or even the Confed cup or the Euros. They have enough networks to show events on if there is a conflict and the only big summer sport is baseball, which they don’t show a lot of anyway.

Plus the list shows that they have scheduled every game live. Can’t see why they would change it
THE WARRIORS WILL NOT BE DENIED.

Go to this page from the FIFA website:

http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/matches/index.html

Then look at the top of the page at the little clock where it says, "Match times are currently set to local time, please click here to convert to your time zone."

Just use that function (clicking on the clock) and you will automatically see all the kickoff times in your local time zone.
"Donovan was excellent. We knew he was a good player, but he really didn't do anything wrong in the whole game and made it difficult for us."
