Italy really piss poor this WC (all their play acting and drama aside, their best side in recent times IMO was the 90 side that lost to Maradona in the semis, team last WC was of course very solid at the back, but much less creativity, just emphasizes that the best team does not always (or rarely) wins the WC. I know they typically (traditionally) start the WC slow, but this team is unlikely to go very far, Montolivo looks like the real deal though, I would actually start both him and Pirlo in the middle of the park if the latter is back for the 3rd game, would give Montlivo more room to rove and hit those thunderous strikes.
