What WI cricketer had a tooth knocked out, washed out the blood with some water - never left the pitch and went on to score a century in the same innings.

TM not you ;-)

Larry Gomes?  I remember he lost some front teeth in a game but i can't remember if he scored a century.

You right.

You may be thinking of a Sri Lanka game - not a Test where he lost two teeth.

However on the 84/85 tour he lost a tooth and still scored a century. I remember this yet can't find record of it on the net.
Another WI was hit during that game and did leave the field. But too old now to remember who ;-)
