Lovely days. :beermug: :beermug: 42-flat here we come ;D

Trini1:
Lendore is running well the only Fr in the final.... speaks volumes. Definitely can run sub 45 and maybe our best 400 man this year.

Our women's sprinting is getting deeper KAB 10.86, SH 11.10, MLA 11.19, KS 11.21, RT 11.30. Our relay team can really make 42 flat!
How did Semoy look in her heat? I really want her to make top 3 in that final- to think she could have been where Kimberlyn Duncan is now possibly faster hmmm. Hopefully she'll peak for the Olympics and run a PB at trials.

Check out last years stats and this years:

2011
Womens 100m

11.43     Kai Selvon    TRI
11.17      Semoy Hackett
10.90      Kelly-Ann Baptiste
11.20      Michelle-Lee Ahye

2012

11.21      Kai Selvon    TRI
11.10      Semoy Hackett
10.86      Kelly-Ann Baptiste
11.19      Michelle-Lee Ahye
11.30      Reyare Thomas

I think its safe to say that we should get low 42s or even better. No way Ukraine should catch us now.

SH looked okay. I think that PB might come on Friday if the conditions are good.
