SUBJECT: Sagicor NAAA Track and Field Championships
You are cordially invited to participate in the 2012 Sagicor NAAA Track and Field Championships which will be held on June 23rd & 24th 2012 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Port of Spain. On Saturday June 23rd, heats will be run off from 7:00am-9:00am, whilst the opening ceremony will commence at 2:00pm. On Sunday June 24th, the programme of events will commence at 2:00pm.
The deadline for submission of entries is Friday, June 15th, 2012. No entries will be accepted thereafter.
Final declaration of entries will be done at the Technical Meeting which is scheduled for 4:30pm on Tuesday, June 19th, 2012 at the Ato Boldon Stadium, Balmain, Couva.
We wish to advise members that in order to ensure that the start list is prepared in programme form, it is imperative that the deadline for entries be observed. Also please note that athletes will not be registered for the Championships without a 2012 NAAA registration number, which should be entered on the entry form.
