“Birth of a Track Nation”, a 50th anniversary celebration in honour of Trinidad and Tobago’s first post-independence Olympic medallists—Edwin Roberts, Wendell Mottley, Edwin Skinner and Kent Bernard—will be aired on CCN TV6.

The three-part series starts on Sunday, at 5.30 pm, and the first episode will highlight Roberts’ 200 metres bronze medal.

“Birth of a Track Nation”, a TV6 production, has been co-sponsored by First Citizens, Unit Trust and the Ministry of Sport.

Birth of a Track Nation, a 50th anniversary celebration in honour of Trinidad and Tobago’s first post-independence Olympic medallists—Edwin Roberts, Wendell Mottley, Edwin Skinner and Kent Bernard—is being aired on CCN TV6.

The three-part series started last Sunday, and continues tomorrow (Saturday) at 6 p.m. with the spotlight on Mottley’s 400 metres silver medal.

Birth of a Track Nation, a TV6 production, has been co-sponsored by First Citizens, Unit Trust and the Ministry of Sport.

The three-part series concludes on Sunday, with the spotlight on the 4x400 metres bronze medal. Sunday’s episode will be aired at four p.m., and will be repeated on Tuesday from 4.30 p.m.
