Looking forward to this year. I think we will have a good season especially on the female side. Anybody knows what's happening with KAB and SH? and is Ato going to work with our relay teams?

Relays could come by my track for work prior to Bahamas.

Unlikely it will happen, since the collective panties are still in a bunch from me rightfully stating that the Carifta results have been worsening.

KAB is now eligible and will be running a few indoor meets.

The time might be coming for our 4x400 team. McKnight,  Belille and Lucas...  I think we will have a good 4x400 team if/when they do run together. All good 400mh.. so the strength is there.

That is great news for KAB. I am so happy for her. But the entire episode is disgusting. Up to now I really eh know what exactly she was charged with. But if the powers who control TF thinks it is ok, then what can we say. I hope hope we bust they ...... in Rio.

Great news! Glad the ban got lifted this early in the season, giving her ample time to find her feet again.

Our W4x1 is competitive again and we have a good chance of having 2 ladies in the Beijing final.

Love it!!!

You obviously wasn't following the updates in the Kelly-Ann and Hackett thread on this board (http://www.socawarriors.net/forum/index.php?topic=61997.msg907266#msg907266).

Here is the last video update that came out on 28th November 2014. KAB was suspended for using the same anti-ageing cream that Tyson used mainly because they were in the same camp and were training together.

Serrette reflects on 2014
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/v/YRz0Vhv8d6k" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="bbc_link bbc_flash_disabled new_win">https://www.youtube.com/v/YRz0Vhv8d6k</a>

According to what NAAA president Ephraim Serrette said in this video we should be getting news on Kelly-Ann Baptiste's eligibility to compete again very soon.

Well Ato just gave us the update that KAB is now eligible to run again and will run a few Indoor races.

I am sure MLA and the other girls will be excited about the good news.

Hackett will be eligible to compete again from this April but is hopefully doing all her normal winter training to ensure she comes back totally fit and with a bang.

I read that. But I still don't believe cream go make you run fast. That is why I did not believe it. I was saying that  it had to be something she was eating, drinking or maybe taking intravenously. But they know best. But good luck and Blessings to KAB!

No individual races As yet for Lendore, but he anchored his 4x400m team to second fastest collegiate time ever at 3:03:23. His split was 45.13.

In Texas, Michelle-Lee Ahye seized silver in the Howie Ryan Invitational women’s 60m final in 7.16 seconds. Ivory Coast sprinter Murielle Ahoure won in a world-leading 7.08. Ahye is fifth on the 2015 global performance list, thanks to her 7.16 run.

Just watched video at the link. MLA looked like she had a comfortable win.
Since she is usually a strong finisher this is a good sign for when her Outdoor season starts.

Hopefully we will see KAB in action soon as she is supposed to be running a few Indoor Meets as well according to Ato.
