she is going to LSU.

Her personal best is a 2014 run. Now 22, she should be getting yearly PBs not a 19 year old PB, unless she had a serious injury from which she was recovering.  What can we expect from her?
Never, never, ever give up! Go T&T Warriors!

That 20.57 from Jereem this early in the season is serious.

If he keeps up with the 200, he will be one of our best 200m runners in a very long time. That indoor 20.57 is a sign that he can get to sub 20. He will be the first Trini to run sub 20 in almost 20 years.

Boss, running a 200m on today's indoor tracks on the outside lane is like riding on a steep-banked cycling track where you can pick up some ridiculous speed via gravity. Lendore who is also a quarter miler ran 20.68, but probably can't run much faster outdoors.

Provided he stays healthy and his coach chooses to focus on the 400 he should be in low 45/high 44 form by the time world champs comes along. Strengthening our 4x4 further.

Glad to learn that Zakiya Denoon is going to LSU. Hopefully she will blossom there and we can have another sub 10/11.0 sprinter in time for the next Oly. Coach Shaver can use a Kim Duncan type model. They have similar height and build.

Its official. Jereem broke Ato's 20.35 in the 200m.

1      Christian COLEMAN   JR   Tennessee   20.11         1 (1)
2      Jereem RICHARDS   JR   Alabama   20.31         2 (1)
3      Just'N THYMES   SR   USC   20.36         2 (2)
4      Nethaneel MITCHELL-BLAKE   SR   LSU   20.63         1 (2)
5      Maxwell WILLIS   FR   Baylor   20.69         1 (3)
6      Josh WASHINGTON   SR   Arkansas   20.73         1 (4)
7      Kenzo COTTON   JR   Arkansas   20.75         2 (3)
8      Ncincilili TITI   JR   South Carolina   21.03         2 (4)

I think if he was in the same heat as Coleman, he would have dipped lower.

But that 20.11 by Coleman is fire. He just broke the 60m ncaa 6.45..

I think so. It's about time too, I'm sure Ato would probably want him to break that one aswell. Don't think that one will happen for now. Im sure Jereem is on the path to do great things.
