Paradise whipped Team Toyota 5-1 in the final of the second annual SW Futsal Invitational Challenge at the Eastern Regional Sports Arena, Tacarigua on Sunday to claim the $15,000 cash prize, challenge trophy, medals, hampers and bragging rights.

The event was hosted by SW Touring and The University of the West Indies Guild of Students. In the semifinals, Paradise thrashed Automotive Services 3-0 and Team Toyota edged Junior Mafia 2-1 on sudden-death penalty-kicks after a 2-2 draw in regulation time.

Paradise was also dominant in its quarterfinal clash with Holiday Foots as it gobbled up its opponents 3-0 while Toyota also had a 3-0 triumph over Potential FC.

Junior Mafia edged Back-ah-Yaad Strikers 2-1 and Automotive Services outclassed Bermudez 2-0 in the other quarterfinal matches. Overall spectators were treated to ten hours of football as 25 teams showcased their skill in the ”smaller version of the game”.
