KERRON MITCHELL and Kevon Woodley each scored twice to guarantee Club Sando a 5-2 trouncing of 1976 FC Phoenix on Wednesday in one of three rescheduled fixtures in the National Super League.

 At the Guaracara Park in Pointe-a-Pierre, Mitchell got on the scoresheet in the 57th and 90th minutes, while Woodley struck in the 70th and 88th minutes. 

Former national defender Nigel Daniel had opened up the scoring for Sando in the 51st. The goal-getters for Phoenix were Mickeel Gem Gordon (83rd) and Andel Brown (88th). 

Keidel Glasgow netted an 82nd minute winner as Coosal’s Las Lomas United eked out a 1-0 win over ‘D’ Lime Bar Goal City at the Madras Ground. Reigning champs Guaya United were the other winners on Wednesday, by a 2-1 scoreline over Bethel United at the Guaya Recreation Ground. 

One rescheduled fixture will take place today, with Malabar FC hosting Phoenix at the Larry Gomes Stadium, Arima from 4 pm.
