Club Sando and WASA remained joint top of the T&T Football Federation National Super League after posting contrasting wins on Wednesday.
At the Ato Boldon Stadium, Couva, Jack Weedon and Kemul Rivers scored two goals each for Club Sando in a 8-0 mauling of Malabar FC while WASA came from behind to edge Las Lomas 2-1 at Madras Recreation Ground.
With the victories, both teams improved to 25 points from ten matches each, however Club Sando has a better goal-difference of 33 to the “Water Boys” 17.
Third placed Guaya United remained in the hunt with 21 points after whipping La Horquetta 4-1 led by a double from Jody Allsop.
