Queen’s Royal College and Presentation College Chaguanas scored huge victories yesterday when action in the Championship Division of the Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL) continued.
The Royalians thumped Tranquillity Secondary 8-0 while ‘Pres’ dominated Miracle Ministry 9-3 in encounters in the North and Central Zones respectively.
In the other North zone match, Trinity College shut out Diego Martin Central 2-0 while ASJA Boys edged Tabaquite 2-1.
In the South zone, all games were shut-outs. Fyzabad defeated Mayaro 2-0, the same result and scoreline in Point Fortin East’s favour when they beat Pleasantville. And in the final South game, Princes Town routed Vessigny 4-0.
