Queen’s Royal College won a third match in a row by a huge score in the Championship Division of the BG T&T Secondary Schools Football League when they defeated Diego Martin North 12-0 yesterday at QRC grounds in a North Zone encounter.
Demoted for the first time in their history, QRC have beaten Diego Central 7-1 and Tranquility 8-0 in earlier matches and lead the zone. And Malick Secondary made a belated entry into Championship Division play with a 3-1 win over Diego Martin Central.
Meanwhile, in the Central Zone, the big winners were Presentation College Chaguanas who got a beaver-trick from Raheem Collin in beating Tabaquite 7-0.
