The sport event management organisation, SW Touring will host the third edition of its sport signature event “SW Futsal Invitational- The Hattrick”.

SW TOURING the sport event management organisation, in collaboration with the University of the West Indies Guild of Students 2010-11, will host SW Futsal Invitational - The Female Edition on December 11 at the Eastern Regional Sport Arena, Tacarigua.

Paradise whipped Team Toyota 5-1 in the final of the second annual SW Futsal Invitational Challenge at the Eastern Regional Sports Arena, Tacarigua on Sunday to claim the $15,000 cash prize, challenge trophy, medals, hampers and bragging rights.

The 2nd Annual SW Futsal Invitational will be held on Sunday at the Eastern Regional Indoor Arena. As with the inaugural competition held in 2009, sporting enthusiasts and football fans will be treated to 10 hours of football. Organisers SW Touring, have teamed up with the University of the West Indies Student Guild for this year's one-of-kind sporting event. Futsal is a five-a-side game, and the format of small goal football that is recognised and supported by FIFA, the governing body for world football. Men and women teams nationwide will do battle  for over $45,000 in cash and prizes.

The 2nd annual SW Futsal Invitational tournament will kick-off on October 10 with over 50 teams vying for over $45,000 in prize money at the Eastern Regional Indoor Arena, Tacarigua.

A WINNER-TAKES-ALL jackpot of $5,000 is on offer on August 28 as the Soccer Saturdays seven-series tournament continues with another Futsal Edition, scheduled for the Maloney Indoor Sporting Arena, Maloney.

Plans are being put in place to form a Futsal Association in T&T. To get the association up and running, a meeting will be held on Sunday at the CEPEP Administrative Office (next to Central Regional Sports Complex) in Saith Park, Chaguanas, from 10 am. Registration starts at 9 am.

The SW Touring Team is inviting all sporting clubs, organisations, enthusiasts and fete match teams to compete in their ’Fete Match Saturdays’ tournament, which kicks off on February 27.
