Over forty of the best teams from every point in Trinidad and Tobago will come together for the finale of the Republic Bank Right Start Cup Youth Football Tournament, which takes place on Sunday 9th August 2009 at the Casuals Corner, Queen’s Park Savannah. After seven preliminary rounds, the top ten teams from each age group were qualified to play in the finals.

The age groups to play on Sunday include the Under 10, 12, 15 and 17 with the addition of the Special Olympics and the Girls Under 17 who can register at the venue on Sunday morning, only the first ten registered teams will play.

Over $50,000 in prizes to be won as well as $120,000 in scholarships to the Most Valuable Players of the tournament, also, the Most Valuable Player of the tournament receives the Republic Cup.
