It took a flip of a coin for Kris Marketing X-Men to advance to another round in the Executive Cup of the Southern Football Association.

They ended all square 1-1 with Diamond United after regulation with Geordath Binon scoring for X-Men and A Wright for the Diamonds.

And penalty kicks also ended level 9-9 before the game was decided on the coin flip.

Siparia Spurs also advanced on penalty kicks after holding Alutrint La Brea All Stars 1-1.

Chad Joseph netted for All Stars while Kris Collins got the Spurs goal before the Siparia men won 7-6 on kicks.

And Palo Seco Settlement also edged into another round of the cup 3-2 on penalty kicks over Penal All Stars after the teams played to a 2-2 draw.

Stephen Vincent and Akiel Pope scored for Palo Seco while Curt Hamilton and Len Meifas got goals for Penal.

CFE shut out UTT/SFTI 3-0 while K-Brands whipped Penal Rock Road 4-1 on a hat-trick from Anton Quashie and another goal from Johnathan Marcelle. Keston Rivero got the consolation goal.

Meanwhile, MIC continue to lead the Roy Jagroopsingh 2nd Division with 31 points, nine clear of Palo Seco Settlement.
