John’s former national teammate Hector Sam scored Saddle Hill’s third in stoppage time but Queen’s Park held on for the win.

Three matches in the Championship Division were contested on Tuesday.

The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT ) climbed to fifth spot after hammering Petit Valley United 5-2 at the UTT Ground in O’Meara, Arima.

The other scheduled Match Day 10 fixture on Tuesday – Cunupia FC versus Prisons FC at the Edinburgh 500 Recreation Ground, was cancelled as the match officials failed to turn up.
