Both Trendsetter Hawks and St Ann’s Rangers will be seeking to maintain their unbeaten streak in the North Zone’s Under-12 division of the Republic Bank National Youth League continues and concludes today.
All three North Zone divisions will be in action at Casual Corner, Queen’s Park Savannah, Port-of-Spain from 9 am.
Last week, the U-12 division completed half of the group stage matches, while one group in the U-14 completed its round of matches, with the Hawks finishing ahead of Rangers on goal differece. Both teams won two matches and drew one.
In the U-12 division, Trendsetter Hawks also maintains a one-goal lead over Rangers on goal difference after both teams played and won their two matches. They will meet in a potential group decider from 11 am. The U-10 division will kick off and wrap up by 1.45 pm.
Unfortunately, the South Zone, which was scheduled to start today had to be postponed to next weekend.
