Sharp-shotter Davon Williams was in superb form scoring six goals to guide 10-time champion Bon Accord Government to a huge 8-1 victory over Tunapuna Boys RC, yesterday in the boys’ division semifinal of the Atlantic Primary School Football League at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in Tobago.

The Tobago winner was in total control from the first whistle and thanks to Williams, the 10-time champion was 4-0 at the interval.

The speedy striker added another two goals to push his tally to six, before his team-mates Jabari Francis and Emmanuel Cox each added a goal for Bon Accord.

Trevon Weekes got a consolation goal for the Tunapuna-based team.

Bon Accord now awaits the winner of the other semifinal between Whim Anglican and seven-time champion Arima Boys RC which will be played today from 11 am at the same venue.

Pentecostal Light and Life continued the fine run of Tobago School teams with an easy 3-0 success over Lower Cumuto Government, an hour earlier.

The Tobago girl’s champion outplayed its rival and won easily through goals from Arielle Jones, Shevon Persad and Sherelle Peters.

This sets up a meeting with Longdenville Government final after the latter advanced by virtue of its narrow 1-0 win over Vance River in the other girl’s division semifinal at the Manny Ramjohn Stadium in Marabella, two days ago.

The final is scheduled for November 21 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port-of-Spain beginning at 3 pm with the boy’s final expected to kick off at 4.15 pm.
