Hello and welcome to the socawarriors.net scouting web
page. We invite you to join this elite group of Trinidad and Tobago football
loving fans and contribute to the Road To Germany and beyond! This is a
volunteer effort to assist in the preparation to face our opponents and also to
identify hidden talent throughout the world. We urge you to join in and help the
cause. Our aim to have scouts from ever corner of the Globe working towards the
common goal of Trinidad and Tobago football improvement. Sign Up now and get

The Scouts Mission
1) To develop a Network of willing Scouts to assist in pre game analysis of all opponents.
Library of video footage of games to facilitate analysis.3) To create the reports in a concise and effective manner to facilitate communications with coaches and players.
4) To provide eye witness scouting of opponents.
5) To provide identification of any talent that may that may assist Trinidad and Tobago football in any form or fashion. (Includes players coaches managers etc)
The 2 Required Pre Requisites for Becoming and official Socawarriors Scout are as follows:
1) Infinite love for Trinidad and Tobago Football
2) Willingness to devote time to the mission of helping Trinidad and Tobago Football.
Other Special Qualities that would be a great asset to the scout organization:
1) Football Knowledge, formal or informal. Coaching Certifications, previous scouting experience etc.
2) Audio Visual Expertise and access to equipment, To edit game footage, (VHS DVD format).
3) Computer Skills including knowledge of distribution of video material via the internet, FTP etc. Video editing via the computer. Database knowledge. Statistical Analysis Microsoft Office skills.
4) Excellent Writing Communication Skills, Typing Skills to generate reports in an effective communication format.
5) Experience with communication with Global teams.
