ACTION continued in the BGTT/First Citizens Girls Secondary Schools Football League as the goals rained down in the South Zone, when Fyzabad Secondary and Point Fortin East Secondary scored 16 goals between them in their massive wins over San Fernando East Secondary and St Joseph's Convent San Fernando, respectively.

There were also big wins in the East and Tobago Zones across the competition.

Fyzabad ran away with a 7-0 win over San Fernando East, while Point Fortin put nine past St Joseph's Convent in a 9-1 rout. The results see Point Fortin top the standings in the girls South Zone.

Diego Martin Central Secondary won 4-0 over Providence Girls to move  to the top of the North Zone. Bishop's Anstey Port of Spain edged St Joseph Convent Port of Spain 1-0, while St Francois Girls drew 1-1 with Success Laventille Secondary.

Bishop's Anstey East won 5-0 over San Juan North Secondary as they sit atop the rest in the East Zone. The match between St George's College and and Five Rivers Secondary was postponed.
