Seymour Foster, Barbados back, scored Trinidad's first goal and Atkins the second a minute before the interval. Trinidad was better in the moderate first half. Sealy was ineffective in consequence of a recurrence of his ankle trouble and was moved to outside right. Ashby to inside and Leon Foster to centreforward.
