GOAL CITY kept up their march towards the Premier Division title in the Tobago Football Association with a hard-fought 4-3 victory over Bethel United.

Prolific scorer Akini Ferguson grabbed two goals, Kayode Legall and Anderson Taylor the others in Wednesday’s match at Mortiah. Dwane Marcell netted a double and Downie Marcelle got the other for the Bethel men. 

Mason Hall USSS kept up the challenge, however, with a 3-1 victory over Roxborough Lakers at Shaw Park. 

And Ryan Gray was the hero of the afternoon, scoring all three goals for the winners. Grevon Crooks got the consolation. 

Sidey’s kept 1976 FC Phoenix at the bottom of the table, beating them 2- 1 at Canaan. 

The Sidey’s men leading goalscorer Pavel Warrick and Ako George got their goals while Delroy Walker netted for Phoenix. 

At Riverbank, Georgia held mid-table Lambeau to a 1-1 draw. Garvin McKenna got the Georgia goal while Michael Charles scored for Lambeau.
