All teams affiliated to the Tobago Football Association (TFA) have been invited to send three representatives to a Special General Council Meeting at the Dwight Yorke Stadium VIP Lounge tomorrow (Saturday) from 3 p.m.

There are a number of issues to be dealt with at the meeting, according to the president, Harvey Jack. Among them are the poor response to the march past at the launch of the season, the resignation of a number of executive members, the Annual General Meeting that was constitutionally due by May 30 and the recent protest by referees last Wednesday who withheld their services, forcing the postponement of all games scheduled.

Harvey also told the Tobago News that he has been reliably informed that representatives of some teams have been convening secret meetings pertaining to the executive and football on the island and he will welcome them to share their concerns at the meeting.
