Harvey Jack and his slate of candidates registered a resounding victory over the opposing slate led by Eman Parker at the Tobago Football Association Annual General Meeting last Saturday.

The victory was so lopsided that none of the opposing candidates were able to garner more than three votes from the 17 teams represented at the Dwight Yorke Stadium VIP Lounge.

The hardworking Harvey who is the new president now have two years to justify the overwhelming support he received from the general council.

Hayden Duke is the senior vice-president while Meena Dickinson is the junior vice-president. Arlon James is secretary-administration and Earl Williams is secretary-operations.

Immediately after the election which was observed by Vernon Forde, a Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation officer who acted as the presiding officer, Jack thanked the outgoing president James Ottley for his services rendered to the association.

Jack told the Tobago News that one of his major goals will be the development of youth football and the empowering of clubs and community Leagues.

The new executive will convene its first general council meeting on Saturday April 21.
