Jamaal Creighton scored a beaver-trick to inspire the University of T&T to a 9-0 clobbering of Corinthians in the Roy Jagroopsingh Group A of the Southern Football Association Petrotrin Super League.
The duo of Stefon Pierre and Isaiah Mejias added two goals each while Nikil Nagoo got one to help secure a third win from seven matches, and ten points, well adrift of leaders Marabella Family Crisis Centre which won by default from Diamodn United to move to 20 poinst from eight matches.
Second placed Moruga stayed on 16 points from seven matches after its scheduled match with Cedar Hill did not come off. In the Winston St Clair Division, Kieon La Rode netted a hat-trick as Barrackpore United edged Penal All Stars who got a double from Andrew Samuel on Sunday, to remain four points ahead of Pt Fortin Civic with 22.
On Tuesday, Pt Fortin won by default from Pluck Road 3-0 while Penal All Stars rebounded by crushing Giants 7-1 to jump to third with 14 points.
