SAN FERNANDO GIANTS strolled into the Southern Football Association (SFA) Petrotrin Super League 2015 League Cup semi-finals after trouncing Penal All Stars 4-1 in their quarter-final second leg encounter last Thursday.

Kowyn Samuel and Aron Gonzales each scored twice for San Fernando Giants, while Kevin Samuel got the lone strike for Penal All Stars.

Also on Thursday last, Erin FC earned a 3-0 default win over Cedar Hill United while Gasparillo Youths recorded a 5-3 triumph over Club Sando.

Kareem Thomas notched a double for Gasparillo Youths, while Andel Green, Anton St Martin and Nial Alexander contributed one apiece.

Club Sando got a double from Isaiah McIntosh and one from Kevon Moses.

The other quarter-final return leg took place on September 29, with Legends SC defeating Bridge Force United 3-2.

Matthew Bartholomew, Eddison Smart and Wesley Frederick found the back of the net for Legends SC, with Shamba Lewis and Peter Eccles scoring for Bridge Force United.

The first legs of the Semi Final Round will be staged today with San Fernando Giants facing Gasparillo Youths and Erin FC battling Legends SC.

The second leg of the Erin-Legends tie will take place on October 10 while the return leg of the San Fernando Giants-Gasparillo Youths will be staged on October 14. And the final will be contested on November 4.
