TTFFThe Veteran Footballers Foundation of Trinidad and Tobago (VFFOTT) is threatening the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation (TTFF) for what it claims are "illegal" operations.

By media release on Monday, VFFOTT vice-president Selby Browne questioned the legal standing of the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation (TTFF), as well as the financial support of Government for the Federation.

"Why (have) successive Governments been paying millions of taxpayers' dollars to this illegal TTFF, when the legal body to govern football in Trinidad and Tobago, incorporated by Parliament with Act 17 of 1982, is the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA)?" the release asked.

VFFOTT also stated that "enough is enough", according to the release, and revealed that the Foundation has already written letters to the Ministry of Sport and the T&T Olympic Committee (TTOC), as well as the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), CONCACAF and FIFA to query those bodies' recognition of the TTFF.

The Foundation says things can no longer continue to be "business as usual with the TTFF" and has threatened legal action to prevent further activity by the Federation.
