AS Trenčín has signed Molik Jesse Khan, a 20-year-old native of the Caribbean island nation of Trinidad and Tobago, on a one-and-a-half-year contract with an option to extend the contract.

Molik took his first steps in football in his native Trinidad and Tobago. At the age of fifteen, he made his debut for the W Connection club, making him one of the youngest players to play in the men's top league of Trinidad and Tobago. On the day he turned 18, he signed a contract with the American team Minnesota United. However, he played mainly with their second team in MLS Next Pro, where he made 40 starts and scored 5 goals. He spent the autumn part of the 2024/2025 season on loan at the Danish club HB Køge.

"I feel very good here. It's a bit cold here at the moment, but I'm used to it from Minnesota," said the new player with a smile, and continued, "I've only heard good things about Trenčín. I also met Matúš Kmeť in Minnesota. I'm very good friends with Keston Julien, with whom I grew up and we are in daily contact. He told me a lot about the city and the club. My teammates in the locker room welcomed me very nicely. I'm looking forward to my first competitive start. I feel most comfortable in the position of offensive midfielder. I believe that I will help Trenčín with my football skills and goals," Molik finally said.
