The 33-year old striker believes that they should have decimated Bharat FC on Sunday evening had they taken their chances…

Cornell Glen was in sublime form for Shillong Lajong as Bharat FC defenders struggled to keep his forays under check.

The Trinidad and Tobago international stated that Lajong should have picked full points against a Bharat FC side who were lucky to come away with a draw on home soil.

“We need to take our chances and should have won the game. We should have scored more goals but we didn’t take our chances. It was unlucky. It was a game of missed chances. Bharat too missed a lot of chances. In the first half it should have been 2-1 up,” he told Goal.

Although Glen caused Bharat defense a lot of trouble, he failed to get on the score-sheet and the former LA Galaxy striker rued the opportunities he missed.

“I had a great game but as a striker it is disappointing not to score,” he said.
