Wigan Athletic striker Jason Scotland who was linked with a move to Bristol City at the weekend is now being chased by two more Championship clubs with Burnley and Derby County both showing interest in the former Swansea forward.

Scotland has found the step up to the Premier League quite difficult to adjust to but Derby boss Nigel Clough knows that the Trinidad & Tobago international has had no problems finding the back of the net in the second tier and he is keen to add to his former Latics players at Pride Park having taken Tomasz Cywka to the East Midlands three weeks ago.

Steve Coppell at Bristol City is also very keen on the big lad and with Burnley declaring an interest Scotland is a wanted man again. The Trinidad and Tobago was an unused sub in Wigan Athletic's 4-0 defeat to Premier League newcommers Blackpool over the weekend.
